Since I work as an economist, I often have to deal with invoices. It is good when all the information is pulled up, but it happens rarely and I have to fill everything in manually. It is not convenient and long. How to solve this issue?

It is best not to change anything and constantly fill everything yourself, as this way you can avoid any errors.
